I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.
This is Pick. He's about an 8 year old hound boy that ended up in a shelter as a stray. His ear was ripped pretty badly when he got to the shelter but they treated it there and it healed up well. He is a super sweet boy, good with all the dogs and he loves attention from his humans. He is so sweet and cute and happy, all the time happy, and he likes to just lay around and hang out, but he also enjoys running in the big fenced yard when he gets the opportunity. Pick is neutered and heartworm negative and up to date on his vaccines. He also just had quite an extensive dental so nothing like that would need to be done. This guy is handsome and awesome and sweet and deserves a great and comfy retirement home.
I am just a person who loves dogs and tries to make a difference in their lives by saving them. I pull from high kill shelters, take in strays and unwanteds and care for them while looking for their forever homes. The dogs all live with me, and I keep them until they either find a home or they leave this world.

Our Adoption Process...
Have an application for folks to fill out, then if that looks good there is a meeting between the possible new owners and their new best friend. If that goes well they foster for a few days to see if they and the dog will be happy. Have a foster agreement and then an adoption contract if it goes that far. Adoption fee is $90 at this time.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
get homeless pets out of the shelters and into loving homes. Let us know what you think! Suggestion & Comment Box
