Xena spends most of the day calm and resting, but takes an interest in her surroundings, and enjoys being outside. She can be a picky eater, and her foster found that she likes pureed vegetables with some finely chopped chicken or minced beef. She's a princess now! She deserves it, after the life she's had up until now.
Xena is a beautiful long haired GSD girl, as you can see in the first photo, but unfortunately she was so matted and dirty, the vet had to shave her and give her a fresh start - as you can see in her other photos. Her sweet foster mama had pajamas made for her in case she gets cold inside with the A/C, as she's been outside with a big fur coat on for her whole life. Xena will be staying with her foster to get some good nutrition in place, and to help her gain some weight and grow her beautiful coat back in. Xena would be a blessing for any family, and she would show her endless thanks to you with lots of kisses and cuddles. Does Xena belong with your family?
