Amin's Story...
Amin was found as a stray and saved by Vafa shelter in Iran. He is now ready for adoption and is 2 years old, 55 lbs, Anatolian Shephard/collie/lab mix. Amin is partially blind but that doesn't stop him as he is very comfortable moving around with ease. He is very solid, sturdy and confident walking around. Amin is super friendly with everyone, great with dogs, calm, doesn't bark, settles in his crate at night, loves going for walks, and simply a lovely dog. Since he is so calm and gentle, he could be a therapy dog. Amir's ears were cropped when he was younger the shelter is guessing. His adoption fee is $525 which includes utd shots, fixed, microchip, blood work done, and vet checked. Please email donna@k9k.menu for an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Amin, a Zephyr Anatolian Shepherd/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Anatolian Shepherd/Collie for sale in Zephyr, or seeking a Anatolian Shepherd/Collie dog from a breeder in Zephyr.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Zephyr already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Zephyr breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Anatolian Shepherd/Collie breeders who help with Anatolian Shepherd/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Zephyr paves the way for another one to be saved.
