The other cats say they called me “Loon” because I am loony! But I say, just because I can’t get enough of people doesn’t make me crazy! True, I may crawl up you and meow for your attention. And yes, one of my favorite places to be is wrapped around your shoulders. But I am not crazy, I’m just happy to meet you!

All cats adopted from Animal Care and Adoption Center Texarkana, Arkansas must be spayed or neutered. To spay costs $87 and to neuter costs $71. All cats must receive their rabies shot and be given a microchip.
