HI! I am Cloudy, a very large, but sweet grey kitty. I will be shy at first and hide for a day or two, but THEN.... I am a very social guy that likes to be a part of the family. I was just at the vet and she wasn't very happy with me.... see, since I am such a big boy, I need to lose some weight or I could face some major health issues such as diabetes, megacolon, recurrent UTI's, arthritis and heart disease. I am doing much better in my new foster home, but I have to still watch my calories. Ugh, hate dieting!!
Now, I am very healthy, but if I don't lose about 8 pounds, I could face these issues and deal with more medications and vet bills. SO... my foster mom has started me on the CATX80.
My ideal home would be as an only kitty -- only so my owner can monitor my food - but I do live with other cats now and I am fine. I just need someone to help me watch how much I eat and eat foods that are low in fat.
I do like other animals - cats, dogs and kids - so I am good with everyone.
I am good with the litter box - but I need an extra large size, since I am a large boy, I tend to take up the entire box when I go and can sometimes miss... so, if you can get me a big box, I would be very happy! I also like to have 2 boxes... yeah, I am that kinda cat!
I am inside only kitty - I don't venture towards the door and prefer to hang inside where I know I have it good!
If you feel you can help me lose some weight, I know I will be the best cat you have ever had!
I am in a foster home so the best way to meet me is to fill out a non-binding application at our website - purrfectmatch.rescuegroups.org. Thank you for choosing to adopt! If you have questions about me, you can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 920-234-5995.
