Suzzie's Story...
Hi my name is Suzzie. I was a momma to 4 puppies. They have all been adopted and now I’m just waiting for my home to come along. My new friends here at Five Acres asked me to join a playgroup with other dogs. I wasn’t too sure I wanted to play with other dogs. I prefer the company of people. I found out that I want to be a single lady with my new family or the princess.  Come see me and you won’t be disappointed. My adoption fee is $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Suzzie, a St. Charles Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in St. Charles, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in St. Charles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St. Charles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St. Charles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St. Charles paves the way for another one to be saved.
