Nico
Nico has lived with dog trainers from The Canine Center for Training and Behavior her entire life, so she’s a dream dog. Nico has taken a multitude of classes and has been trained in Agility, Rally Obedience, Fieldwork, Scent-work and more.
She has also gone through the Snake Aversion Training class and has received her Rattlesnake Vaccine in 2016. Nico is a female German shepherd who is always looking for a new friend to add to her pack. She has a very sweet, loving quality about her when it comes to her human consorts; she bonds very quickly to people and is always ready to give a sneaky kiss. Her alertness gets the best of her sometimes so she needs proper guidance to steady her energy.
Nico loves to play with toys, but can get bored easily so she needs someone who is an extremely fun-loving person. She adores children, but cannot figure out cats so best she stay away from them. She can make friends with dogs, but will have to be properly introduced to her before being called buddies.
She will do best in a home with a large fenced yard. She will not do well in an apartment, condo or urban setting. Training classes and lessons included with adoption. There is a small adoption fee of $200 to ensure that she goes to a good home.
Nico is 2.5 yrs old, spayed, on Heartworm prevention and flea prevention, up to date on vaccines and micro-chipped. She weighs about 60 pounds (Very healthy, petite and lean GSD).
