W OOF!!!! That’s canine for “HELLO!” I’ve been hanging around at Brother Wolf since last October. They rescued me from South Carolina and have kept me warm, dry and well-fed ever since. Even though the staff and volunteers here are fun to hang out with, what I’d really like is to have a home with my own personal human family. I’d do best with active people who want to spend time and do fun things with their dog!
I’m a healthy, exuberant boy (one of my human friends at Brother Wolf calls me “Hulk Hogan!”). I’d love to share my enthusiasm for life with you in my new home. I have a ton of joyful energy and love to go on long walks, runs or hikes. Exercise is one of my favorite things, and I’m happiest when I get lots of it.
I might be able to get along with another dog in my new home, if she (yes, she — a female would be best) is around my size and likes to wrestle. To help you with that, Brother Wolf staff would be happy to arrange a “meet and greet” for your pet and me. No cats, please; I'm TOO interested in them! As for children, my bouncy-bouncy ways might overwhelm a small child; I'd do best with older children.
My friends at Brother Wolf have made me part of the One-Year Sponsorship club, this means that my adoption fee is waived, and for one year after my adoption date Brother Wolf will provide food, vet care through a partner vet, and behavior support!
If you think we’d be a good match, and you’d like to meet me, please come visit or contact Brother Wolf Animal Rescue. I’m really looking forward to meeting my forever family — is it yours….?
All Brother Wolf animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations before adoption (if species appropriate).
Application and counseling is required prior to all adoptions.
Individuals interested in adopting a puppy are STRONGLY encouraged to download and read this FREE ebook. Even if you've raised puppies in the past, this is an invaluable resource to help make your new addition successful!
Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
