Shay and Jacque have always been together. They were surrendered to the shelter when their owner could no longer care for them. Both are extremely friendly, happy dogs and were well socialized. The shelter hasn't phased them in the least and they greet everyone they meet with wagging tails and plenty of puppy kisses. Both are crate trained and are said to be house trained. Jacque knows tricks and loves to give his paw. We would prefer they be adopted together or by friends or family so they can see one another regularly. We would consider separating them if it means they get adopted, but it's not our first choice as they are quite bonded. Dog adoption is 130.00 and includes spay/neuter, heartworm testing, age appropriate vaccines including a 3 year rabies, health exam, deworming, and microchipping. Any animal 6 months or older is considered an adult. No animals are vetted until they are adopted as we do not have a vet on staff. Once the animal is adopted we make a vet appointment, and they must go to be vetted before they can go home with an adopter. Call 985.651.7387 for more information regarding adoption.
