Daisy is a quiet, calm, 4.5-year-old loving, obedient and affectionate female Australian Cattle Dog mix. She was turned into Montgomery County Animal Shelter by her owner along with her 3 puppies which she took great care of. Her puppies were all adopted, and she was rescued by Operation Pets Alive in February. She is potty trained and crate trained, and knows how to use a doggie door. She gets along with dogs and cats of all sizes. She’s quiet around the house, enjoying laying in her favorite spot. She loves being scratched and will approach you for it without being demanding. She loves going for walks, and walks well on a leash. She is shy at first when meeting new people, but warms up over time. With dogs she is immediately at ease and has never met one she hasn't liked instantly. Once she trusts you she will make you feel like the most important person in the world, nudging you to give her a snuggle. Daisy is most deserving of a loving home and the right home would be very lucky to have her.
