My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I've been a little itchy and may have gone a bit overboard scratching. It felt SO good to scratch, at least it did until I starting ripping holes in my fur. Oops.

Anyway, the SA Greys person told me I'll feel better soon. She's hanging out with me in my doggie room. I kept licking her face, nibbling her earnings and lying on her. She gave up trying to get a picture because I was too close and said I'd have to take a selfie.

I'm going directly to a foster home after my examination. Another girl greyhound already lives there. I'm super excited. It's going to be a greyt day!

Penny seems to do fine with small dogs and cats. She is not quite 3.

FOSTER UPDATE:

Penny is an affectionate and inquisitive girl, who likes to be in on the action. She will often follow her person around. She enjoys meeting people.

Penny loves walks and does well on leash. She loves, loves ,loves squeaky toys and will empty the whole toy box. Penny eats well and enjoys treats. She is housebroken using a doggy door. Sometimes, noise and new objects startle her a bit, but she recovers quickly. Penny sleeps through the night.

When Penny first arrived she was showing a little too much interest in the cat, but after undergoing Cat Tolerance Boot Camp 101, she is doing much better.

Penny will be a delightful, loving companion for her adopter.

Penny has a non-contagious allergic dermatitis, and is taking medication now. Her skin is already looking better.
