My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We ask that potential adopters for Farrah already have a confident, playful, alpha dog in their home and be interested in taking part in Farrah’s ongoing rehab process. Farrah, the fashion model, is as beautiful as she is a bit mysterious. She seems to have a past that weighs on her and therefore will require a patient human who will delight in uncovering the layers at Farrah’s pace. She is a dog’s dog who delights in playing, wrestling, and even sweetly chewing on her doggie pal's ears. Once comfortable, Farrah will cuddle and play with her human(s) on her own terms, will share a kiss here and there and walk well on a leash. One might say she is a dog’s dog with dogs but quite cat-like with humans.

If you're interested in adopting this pet please fill out our matchmaking questionnaire (www.rescuefromthehart.org). We are volunteer based and will do our best to get back to you within 72 hours. Please do not call as our phone is intended for emergencies only. If we feel that one of our dogs is a good match we will set up a private meet and greet We do not have a physical location where you can come and meet all the dogs at once, so meet and greets may take a little time to coordinate. Our requested adoption donation is $350 and all adopters are required to fill out an adoption agreement.
