Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chewy is a Italian Greyhound miniature Lab mix just turning a year old. He was adopted from the shelter at 10 months, then was hit by a car and the owners couldn't afford to fix his leg so they took him to the shelter.
We took Chewy into our group, he got his leg fixed and is now healing well. He can walk and run just fine. He is 18 lbs but should weigh around 20 lbs, Chewy is very energetic and sweet. He would be good with children as he loves giving them kisses!
He is very social and loves to play with toys and appears to be good with other dogs. He has not been exposed too much because of his injuries but he would probably be fine with another playful dog.
If you are interested in Chewy, please complete the on-line application as he does not always attend the weekly adoption event on Saturdays at PETCO.
