Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Shay (AKA Schoenherr) was rescued in Detroit, heartworm positive with her six tiny puppies. She was scared and feral, but has thrived in her long-term foster home, where she has bonded with her foster humans and foster fur siblings. She was treated for the heartworm months ago and is now negative. Shay is very sweet and curious, and is now loving life as a pet, complete with tail wags, lots of petting, ear-scratches, and well-deserved treats. Her puppies found furever homes long ago and now it's finally her turn. Shay needs a home with another dog. She can also jump over a standard fence if she wants to so precautions need to be taken for her safety. Birth date est 1/16/12
