I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.
Cecil is an adorable 8 year old Schnoodle (cross between a Schnauzer and a Poodle) with a lot of spunk in his personality, still! His previous owners adopted him when he was 4-5 months old but since they have had a child, they've discovered that he lacks patience with toddlers and has snapped but never bitten; they are rehoming him for the safety of their children. Cecil gets along with other dogs, unsure on cats. He loves to go hiking or on long walks. He is a good trail dog and doesn't run away. He can walk/ jog up to 2 miles. Cecil is very affectionate, loves to snuggle and eats up any attention he gets. He knows a handful of commands- sit, stay, lay down, bed, kennel, "go get it", and "go pee". Cecil barks a lot when you first get home, if he is left alone in a strange place like the vet, when briefly tethered on outings to the park, or left outside for longer than 5 minutes. Cecil will do best in a more relaxed home, no children younger than 10, with the opportunity for regular walks or a yard for some moderate exercise. Cecil is in great health, gets up and down steps with ease, is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered and microchipped. This is a wonderful dog with good manners and a gentle spirit. He needs a patient adopter willing to give him time to settle in since losing the only family he's ever known. Cecil weighed 16.6 pounds at last weigh-in. Schnoodles are sometimes promoted as non-shedding and hypoallergenic. That means they are LESS likely to cause an allergic reaction.
