This incredibly handsome pibble is 2yo Samson. He's 50lbs of pure love! He's left the kennel and is in foster with a 1 1/2 year old boxer mix female with whom he loves to play and exchange kisses! He's continuing basic training with his foster parents and is learning play etiquette with his foster sister. He's also losing a little weight (which we want). Samson needs a kitty- free home.
8/31: Hey Mostly Muttz fans! I'm Samson and I am on the search for my forever. My foster mama calls me tank because of all my well defined muscles. I’ve been spending a lot of time lately working out and slimming down. She also calls me cuddle bunny, but I ask her not to do that in public! I have appearances to keep up here. I love pretty much everything – toys, walks, playing with my furry foster s ister, exploring the back yard, meeting new people…oh…except cats. Sorry cat people, I respect your opinion but those weird barks they have make it really hard for me to trust them. I’m sure you can understand!
Anyway, back to me. Other things I enjoy include learning new commands (I am mastering sit, stay, down and come with the help of my foster family), car rides and my trusty antler.
I behave well for tooth brushings, baths and nail trimmings…after all, if I’m going to be making your lap my new happy place I want to make sure I’m smelling as handsome as I look! I am house trained and I really don't mind the crate when my foster family is out. I also figure walking in nicely is a good way to score a treat! What else...I am good with children but I also am a very happy and excited boy so you’ll have to keep an eye on me when I’m around the littles to make sure I am remembering to mind my manners. I’d hate to upset them with an unwanted kiss attack or accidentally knock them over!
9/11: I've taken to sitting in the sandbox to try to get my foster mama to recognize that I want to go to the beach, but she's not picking up what I'm putting down. I have a little toad friend who comes to keep me company and as you can see in my new profile picture, I leave him alone as long as he leaves me alone! I also have taken to making out with my foster sister during the family tv time. I like her.
