Here's what the humans have to say about me:
7 - 8 year old Willow is just about the nicest bloodhound we've seen for a long time. She's just plain NICE. When the shelter called us about a bloodhound who had been neglected, tied outside for her entire life - - - - then abandoned by her owner -- - - - still tied outside - - - - we weren't sure what baggage Willow would be coming to us with. Wellllll - folks - - - - - this dog has been and is almost PERFECT. She is crate trained (one easy step to house broken), very affectionate, has gotten along well with the other male residents here, and is knock down gorgeous! (Willow doesn't always tolerate competition for affection from the other ladies here.) So, if you've been "thinking" about adding a bloodhound to your life - this one comes with our highest recommendation. As with all bloodhounds, they MUST have a physical fence. That is not optional - - - - - If you would like to offer Willow a forever home, please submit an application which you can find on our website (www.almostheaven-golden-retriever-rescue.org)
