Brownie was rescued from a hard life on the streets. She is an adorably sweet, short haired tabby with brilliant green eyes and an exceptionally affectionate nature and laid back purrsonality. Brownie is a love bug extraordinaire, as she will be the first one to greet you when you enter her room, openly follow you to seek out attention and will happily climb upon your lap should you appease her by sitting on the floor with her. She just loves to be petted, stroked and well just simply put, LOVED! Brownie is amazing with other cats, as she has never had any issues with her roommates in any of the rooms she has been placed in. Brownie would make the purrfect companion for any household or family. If you want to shower Brownie with all the luvins she craves and show her what it is like to have a “furever” home & family, please fill out an adoption application and contact us.

About North Toronto Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

North Toronto Cat Rescue is a registered Canadian charrity made up of dedicated volunteers concerned with the welfare of all cats and kittens. We rescue, foster, provide veterinary care (including blood testing, vaccines and spay/neuter) and arrange adoptions for abandoned or rescue felines.

For ten years, North Toronto Cat Rescue has been helping hundreds of souls in need wherever we find them, offering love, nourishment, safety, medical care and the hope of a "forever" home.

We are not a spay/neuter and release group as we believe all these animals deserve comfot, warmth and love, particularly during the long cold winter days here in Canada. They will remain with us until they find a permanent home.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Currently, we have a private Shelter for our animals so it is by appointment only. However we also have a partnership with Pet Value in Aurora (Bayview and Aurora Road) where many cats and kittens are also housed.

We attend local Fairs, Events such as "All About Pets" Show in Toronto, for example, and other fund-raising events during the year in the Toronto area.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adooption contract is found on-line.
