My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adopted January 2017

Hi, I’m Chelsea!

I am a 8yr old (born in 2009) Female Shepherd/Lab mix, 65 lbs. I am house trained, up to date on vaccinations and I’ve been spayed as well.

When life throws you a lemon you gotta make lemonade. Life has been pretty good to me, until recently, it’s been even worse for my human. We got in a pretty tough situation and my owner couldn’t take care of me and my siblings anymore so he contacted MAR to help him and us out!

So here I am looking for a new place to call home. I'm a bit of a couch potato. I was a little specific about who my doggie friends where but I've been working really hard on that and now live and play with other dogs all day long! I am a good girl tho I'm not so good with cats.I do enjoy walks and do really well on leash. I also travel really well. My foster Dad says that the only thing I seem to be stubborn about is doing the "sit" command, he says I'm the only non-sitting dog in history!....lol

It’d be great if I could find a forever home soon!

Included in this adoption is a "Full Spaw Service" donated by Sarah's Doggie Day Spaw!
