Facts about Patches

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Tortoiseshell
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Patches came to the Humane Society as a rescue from a local trucking company. She was nabbed
and taken to safety with no time to spare as she delivered four adorable kittens by midnight that cold February night. Thank goodness she was warm and safe. Her babies are now weaned and
she is ready to move on to her own new forever home.
A home without more kittens; or worrying about food
or shelter. Is that something you could offer sweet Patches?

About Pulaski County Humane Society

About Our Rescue Group...

The Pulaski County Humane Society is a growing number of volunteers who feel that animals are an important part of lives here in Pulaski County. Our animals reside primarily in foster homes, so we are limited in the number of animals we can rescue. We always need more volunteers to help us save more pets.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have monthly Adoptathons on the 3rd Saturday of each month at Somerset Mall in Somerset, Kentucky. We also have a monthly adopt-a-thon on the first Saturday of each month at PetSense in Somerset. You can also make appointments to meet the animals by calling 606-451-2367.

Our Adoption Process...

The adoption process consists of the adopters meeting the animals, filling out a bit of paper work, paying the adoption fee, and agreeing to a post-placement home visit. The adoption fees are: $95 for dogs/puppies older than 6 months and $125 for puppies under 6 months old.
