Kushi 50lbs 6years old boxer bulldog mix. Diagnosis epilepsy. Has had no seizures since she's been with Fayetteville. We have just received a urgent call for help from a partner shelter. This sweet senior, Kushie, was just surrendered by her family. Unfortunately she just start ... ed to have seizures. The family couldn't afford to take her to a vet for a diagnostic work-up to find out the cause and treat her. The shelter doesn't want to, but they can not hold a dog who is in serious condition overnight, so the only option is euthanasia. We are so sad for this girl. We would like to help her and get her to our vet for tests to see if medication can help her. We know she is old, but she deserves a fighting chance. The shelter staff is in tears, and do not want to euthanize her. Please help us to help Kushie, by making a donation for her vet care. We can not do it alone- go to www.nycsecondchancerescue.org/donate
