Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*****Adoption Pending*****
Meet Teddy, cute as a button at 20 pounds and 15 inches at the shoulder. He is about 2 1/2 years old. We may never have guessed he was part aussie but a genetic test claims he is an aussie/whippet cross. What we do know for sure is that Teddy came from Mississippi last fall and came to ARM as an owner surrender this spring. Teddy turned out to be heartworm positive when we tested him and he is currently being treated. Because we caught it early and he is young, he should have no lasting effects. Teddy is housetrained, good with the kids (ages 8 and 14) in his foster home, decent with the cats and good with other dogs. He is friendly and social with people he knows and warms up fairly quickly to people he meets. He is busy, busy, busy. He bounces through life. This guy needs a family that would like to do something brain engaging with him.
