Facts about Molly

  • Breed: Calico
  • Color: Calico Or Dilute Calico
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Molly is a sweet, shy, healthy adult female calico who is about 10 years old. She loves to cuddle. Molly is an indoor, well behaved cat. She has claws but only uses them on her tree house. She has never bothered the furniture. She likes to play hide and seek in the curtains but never climbs them or tugs at them. She is shy at first but doesn’t take long to warm up to you.

Molly would be a great fit for a single person or couple. She responds well to soft voices and minimal house noise. She likes to play with sticky notes, her plush toys, balls and strings. Molly’s also enjoys resting her eye lids (long naps). Molly is a lap cat who likes to cuddle. There is no place small enough to snuggle on, even a shoulder. She likes to lay on your chest and feel your heart beat.

To cool off, Molly enjoys taking occasional sips of water from the tub faucet, laying in the empty tub or laying on the tile kitchen floor. Molly is a petite cat, she self feeds and doesn’t pig out on her food. She enjoys an occasional pinky (very, very small) smear of peanut butter in her bowl. She likes to walk out to the patio and soak in the sun.

Molly has lived with a single female owner and her son since she was a kitten. Son and mom are moving and cannot take her. She is in need of a new home; please consider making her part of your home.

About Fat Kitty City

About Our Rescue Group...

Mission Statement
The Agee Memorial Wildlife Fund, Inc., (Agee) is a non-profit 501(c)3 Corporation, dedicated to ending needless animal suffering, through spaying, neutering, socializing, adopting and other aggressive approaches.

Our objectives are:
Provide a "no-kill" sanctuary for unwanted, Feline AIDS positive or negative, abused, neglected, feral, tame, stray or lost pets.

When possible, each pet will be rehabilitated, socialized and adopted (with a microchip) to a good family.

Those pets that cannot be rehabilitated, will live out their lives in our sanctuary, in dignity. They will receive love, housing, food and veterinary care.

To spay or neuter every pet we receive, to reduce unnecessary suffering.

Provide reasonable space for each pet to live out a high quality of life (not to live out their lives in small cages with barely enough room to move around).

Provide relief from the weather by providing a heated shelter during cold weather, etc.

Provide stimulation. A yard with trees to climb, lawn and dirt to play in and toys to enjoy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are at the PetSmart in Folsom on Iron Point Road and at Petco in Folsom on East Bidwell. We hold adoptions at PetSmart on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Our Adoption Process...

We have an adoption contract on line. Our fees vary from kittens to adult cats, from puppies to adult dogs.

You must be 18 years older to adopt. We take all of our animals back indefinitely.
