Wendy -'s Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Wendy -'s Story...
Wendy is a female MaltiPoo about 2 years of age. She is a sturdy young dog, weighing 11 lbs, which is a good adult weight for her. Wendy has a soft, straight coat of hair that is white with cream and tan in color. Her foster mom describes Wendy as sweet, smart, and affectionate. . . She gets along with other small dogs, and the foster has cats at home; and she likes them.

Wendy enjoys outings with her foster family and did great on a trip to Fiesta Island. Wendy walks easily on leash and rides nicely in the car. Wendy will thrive in a home where she has consistency and lots of gentle love. Wendy is ready for their new forever home today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wendy -, a El Cajon Maltese/Poodle (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Standard) for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Standard) dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Standard) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
