My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Golden Retriever enthusiasts come meet Lexi who embodies every wonderful trait of a golden retriever. Lexi at age 6 is settled and mellow. Lexi gets along with other dogs and to add to her character is learning to walk with you on a leash and appears to be house trained. After her daily walk she likes nothing more than to lie next to you. Lexi has not as yet learned to go up and down stairs.  Lexi loves to be with her people and hopes you will stretch your hand down to give her a sweet scratch. Lexi is pure golden in temperament. Everything you would want in a loving, gentle golden.

Lexi is spayed, up to date on her shots and micro chipped. Lexi is on thyroid medication and will be required for the rest of her life. She has no known anxieties such as fear of thunder storms, loud noises or separation anxiety. Lexi has such a sweet and calm demeanor.  Ideally we would recommend a fenced in yard.

If you would like to open your heart and home to Lexi, please submit an application which you can find on our website www.wagsrescue.homestead.com  or by sending an email to acwein123@gmail.com.
