My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy is the most loving and sweet girl you would want to be part of your family. She loves to be hugged and will hug you back. Every human, child or adult is her next best friend. She is a 7 yr old, surrendered, spayed, micro chipped, vaccinated female. She ignores her foster buddies so she would be best as the only dog in the house. When she 1st meets them she establishes her boundaries and then pays devoted attention to you. This girl has as much energy as a puppy which is surprising because she is overweight and dropping weight weekly through diet and exercise. Her favorite toy is anything you give her but she does come with her favorite 'blankie'. She is crate trained but sneaks on the couch anytime you are not looking. She is a work in progress on leash walking but has improved a lot in several weeks. She seems totally housebroken and is easy to train since she is food motivated. Her wiggle butt is contagious and since she is like Velcro and 120# she might be too much for little ones like toddlers who can get unintentionally wiggled down! She has not met a person or food she doesn't like! She needs someone willing to maintain a rigid diet and an escalating exercise routine. If you think you are the one then contact us to apply to be approved as an adopted of one of our orphans. If you would like to open your heart and home to Lucy, please submit an application by sending an email to wagsrescue@comcast.net
