Bruiser's Story...
Hi! My name is Bruiser. I'm a 1 year old Pitt Bull cross. I have been neutered, de-wormed and I am up to date with my vaccinations. I will still require a rabies vaccine after I am adopted.

I am a sweet young boy. I just love to play and be outside making new friends. I listen quite well and I know with a bit of training I'll make a great companion. I tend to jump up when I get in my playful mood, but my manners really show when their are treats involved. I may be best suited in a household with older children or no children. I do ask that I meet the whole family before you decide to adopt me. Come to the shelter and visit me today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruiser, a Lloydminster Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
