Bruce - Gentle boy-MEET ME's Story...
This handsome dog looks to be a welsh terrier mix. He is just the sweetest boy - approx 3 yrs old and 25 lbs. He is shy, but very loving once he knows he's safe. He does need some leash training and some house training. He gets along with all of the other dogs. He is a really nice dog with a gentle disposition and is going to be a great companion for someone. He tested positive for heart worms and has been treated with the required set of injections, and he has been started on monthly heart guard as a preventative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruce - Gentle boy-MEET ME, a Norwalk Welsh Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Terrier for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Welsh Terrier dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Terrier breeders who help with Welsh Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
