Binx's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Binx's Story...

Binx was born in our care in late September of 2015, from a very pregnant momma stray named Greta, who had just come to stay with us two days prior.  When she was old enough Binx and her brother Obie were adopted together by a wonderful family.  However, 2 family members developed allergies to them and were simply unable to keep them, so they are back with us.  Binx is very social and enjoys cuddling with her humans and sleeping with them at night.  she is still a kitty and very playful.  She does great with kids and also can live with dogs and other cats with no problems.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Binx, a Nesquehoning Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Nesquehoning, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Nesquehoning.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nesquehoning already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nesquehoning breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nesquehoning paves the way for another one to be saved.
