Monty's Story...
Hello, my name is Monty, yes after the great football player, Joe Montana. I am a Lab-Rottweiler mix and about six months old. If I match my feet I will be 50 or 60 pounds and medium size, might surprise both of us if I get larger. My daddy is a sweet teddy bear and mom a slender protective soul.

Two of my siblings have found forever homes but I am still waiting as the best is always last. I am smart and like children and other dogs. I have all my shots and have been neutered (not much fun, but we need to help green up the animal world) I await your response.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Monty, a Emory Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler for sale in Emory, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in Emory.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Emory already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Emory breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Emory paves the way for another one to be saved.
