Frankie's Story...
Hi there! My name is Franklin, and I'm a young Catahoula mix that weighs around 40 lbs. I'm a loving boy, although I'm very shy when I first meet humans and other dogs. I warm up quickly and become a regular jumping bean! I love to play with dogs of all sizes. I'm crate trained and potty trained. I also know commands such as sit and off, but as I am young I will need more training. Once I settle in with my humans, I'm very playful. I could even be someone's running buddy! My foster mom says I'm the perfect medium size. Every now and then she lets me lay in her lap for ear scratches! I am eager to please and listen when my foster mom tells me "no". I would love to be with someone active and maybe even have some four-legged brothers and sisters. If you're interested in meeting me, fill out an application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frankie, a Seattle Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
