My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Vicktor is a friendly little boy. He likes walks and being petted. He also likes to sleep in small beds. His claim to fame is that he can disappear and reappear at will. Victor needs eye drops. He has hip displaysia, so walks with a rolling gait. He does well with it and it doesn't affect his daily life. Victor is 13 years old. He would really like a foster or adopter who wants to spend some special one on one time with him and give him back the family life he is most comfortable with.
