My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dusky and Greycie arrived at the shelter together, and are now ready for their forever home! Dusky is 9 years young and Greycie is 7 years young. They both have the softest gray fur, and if you want to see them melt, just pet them slowly and lightly. Both of these kitties are extremely shy, so they would need to go to a home where there is plenty of patience and understanding while they learn to relax and trust. An adult only home, where there are no dogs and no small children, will help them to relax and flourish. A laid back, cat friendly cat, would be ok with them and actually may help them adjust to their new family's routine. Dusky and Greycie are currently in a quieter cat room, so please ask for them by name and one of our adoption counselors will be happy to introduce you. Because of Dusky's age, they are both available for the senior adoption rate of $35.00 per cat. We also offer a Senior for Senior program. This allows any senior citizen 65+ to adopt a senior cat 8+ years for a $25.
