Princess's Story...
Who can resist this beautiful face! Princess has been is foster care since December and has come a long, long way. Estimated at 8-10 yrs old ,she is definitely young at heart. Her ideal forever home would be an active, fun loving, on the move family! Princess can be a couch potato but she is in excellent health and needs her daily exercise, no slacking here, she loves her daily walks! Princess knows many commands and would love the attention a forever home could bring. She currently lives in a multi dog family, has not been cat tested , but has no issues with the family parrots! She is completely house trained, rides well in a car, quiet and will steal your heart.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess, a Wilmington Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Wilmington, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Wilmington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wilmington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wilmington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wilmington paves the way for another one to be saved.
