This big nerdy nugget is Rocky. He is a 2 1/2 year old Dutch shepherd / bull terrier mix. His former family got him when he was 2 months old and chained him in their backyard. They no longer wanted him because "he got in the way." They were going to give him to an auto shop where he'd be a junkyard dog. We couldn't turn our backs on this guy.

Good with all people and especially LOVES kids of all sizes. He'd make a great nanny dog. Good with dogs. He's great on leash and LOVES to walk. Not hyper and not a barker. He's house trained and crate trained. He is in great shape now and is 50 pounds. He's just handsome and sweet as can be! Neutered, chipped, vaccinated.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. Adoption process includes an adoption contract and home check. Adoption fee for dogs are $300 - 500 and for cats are $175. All of our animals are fixed, vaccinated, and chipped.
