Holly's Story...

Meet Holly, a 1-year-old gray and white tabby kitty! Holly is ready to meet you today at PetSmart in Issaquah, a Seattle Humane satellite partner location. She is a quiet and sweet girl who is looking forward to relaxing with you! Now that her babies have been adopted it's her turn to shine and get snuggles. She appears reserved at first but give her a comfortable spot to get cozy and she welcomes chin and ear pets. Come meet her today and make her day-- you'll be glad you did!

As with all of our cats, Holly is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. All of our cats have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV and go home with a certificate for an examination by a King County veterinarian and their very own identification tag and collar. PLUS, most cat adoptions include 30 days of pet insurance from Trupanion – a great way to start off on the right paw!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Holly, a Bellevue Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bellevue, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Bellevue.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellevue already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellevue breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellevue paves the way for another one to be saved.
