Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Halo is a very friendly and energetic, 65-pound, 10-month-old, male Shar Pei / Chocolate Labrador-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Halo loves people and gets along with other dogs. In fact, he lived with another dog but lost his home when his human was diagnosed with MS and she didn’t have the strength and energy to care for two dogs.
Halo knows the commands sit, down and paw. He takes treats very gently from your fingers. He is a strong, goofy and happy puppy who will need additional training in manners. But, he has a great start and is full of kisses. He will jump up and give you a hug.
He is crate-trained and housebroken. Halo’s adoption fee of $300 benefits the rescued pets of Peiland Shar Pei Rescue. He is very healthy, neutered, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly heartworm preventative. He is currently at the rescue headquarters in Plano, Illinois.
