Jeanie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jeanie's Story...
Jeanie came to us with her 3 babies. She had a rough start to life and was found on the streets as a stray with her mate and then was transferred to us through another rescue. She is currently living in a foster home with other dogs and kids. She is prone to separation issues and does not like to be kenneled. She is looking for a new family to love her and give her the time she needs to feel safe and comfortable

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jeanie, a Fairview Heights Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Fairview Heights, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Fairview Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fairview Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fairview Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fairview Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
