Cherie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cherie's Story...
Cherie is a graceful, dainty one year old girl who loves to play with dogs of all sizes. She is wary of people at first, but takes barely any time at all to make herself at home wherever she is. She is a very loyal dog to her people and would love someone that is home much of the time. She is crate trained, but would much rather be out with her people whenever possible. She is good with people of all ages, and would be best with kids over 8.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cherie, a Plymouth Dachshund/Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Italian Greyhound for sale in Plymouth, or seeking a Dachshund/Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Plymouth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plymouth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plymouth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Dachshund/Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plymouth paves the way for another one to be saved.
