Pretty Penny! This sweet 1 year old corgi mix is the perfect balance of spunky, and lap dog. Once she warms up to you she bonds so quickly that she is sure to find a place in your heart, as she has mine in such a short time. She is a true canine companion that is always by your side. She sleeps in the crate at night. She loves to play with toys, especially tennis balls, and has a great time at the dog park, and going on walks. She is potty trained, and listens very well. She definitely has a strong type A personality so the best home for Penny would for her to be the only dog, or with a mellow dog that won’t mind her antics. She has the cutest two tone curly tail which is always wagging. Whoever this little 12 lb girl ends up with surely is receiving a gem!
Animal Rescue Recon makes sure that each dog is current on its vaccinations, has been or will be spayed or neutered, and is microchipped to help keep pets out of the shelters and get them back home where they belong. - Since all of our adoptable pets are currently in foster homes, please contact Animal Rescue Recon to set up an appointment for a meet and greet. If there is already a dog or children in the home, please plan on bringing them too.
- Pictures of secured fencing is required for all Animal Rescue Recon dogs unless approved for apartment living.
- If you rent a home or apartment we need to review your lease agreement to verify pets are allowed upon adoption.
