Gypsy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Gypsy's Story...
Gypsy is looking for someone who loves to carry her around and have her on your lap at all times. MAJOR cuddler. She is as cute as she looks. She does have the Chihuahua attitude. Gypsy will try to be the boss with other dogs when food or your lap are involved. Which we are working on. She is playful and gets along with dogs and cats, unsure about kids. She likes to play. She is cautious when meeting strangers at first but warms up quickly. She is smart, and knows the sit and stay command.

All adoptable pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about adoption, please contact Camp Companion at 507-951-7801, www.campcompanion.org, or find us on Facebook!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gypsy, a Rochester Chihuahua/Shih Tzu puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Shih Tzu for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Chihuahua/Shih Tzu puppy from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Chihuahua/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
