Dylan's Story...
Dylan is an adorable 8 lb pure bred Chihuahua who is looking for a new home. His owner fell ill and can no longer care for him. He gets along great with other dogs and cats. Dylan is about 6-7 years old and extremely friendly. He likes to sleep in the big bed at night. He would love a fenced yard to run in but he is also used to walking on a leash. He does enjoy the company of other dogs so a home with a friend for him would be great.

If you are interested in Dylan please contact his foster mom Julie at 224-688-9782 or dogcrazy623@comcast.net. He is being fostered in Johnsburg, IL. Dylan's adoption fee is $300.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dylan, a Union Grove Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Union Grove, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Union Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Union Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Union Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Union Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
