Thank you for your interest in our adoptable animals. If you would like more information about this pet, see the Shelter information below. We would love to help you rescue a perfect pet!
Haze is quite the total package in the looks department as well as his athletic abilities! He's a 60 pound package of a young adult pit mix and he's here for the party!! Haze is a friendly boy that would benefit from an owner that will work with him on his jumping up. Now I know I showed him jumping in the pictures, but he was jumping for a treat, and that's ok. But it would be nice if we could find him a new person that will want to take all that athletic ability and help him use it to become the best boy he can be. We all love Haze. We all want him to succeed and we all hope that he's adopted long before we polish him all the way up! It's a good bonding experience to work on training your dog! They will look up to you for it and you will be so proud of what both of you have done together! Haze has got some of the basics down already. He seems to be house trained and he knows the sit command. He's a smart boy and I was actually able to get him to go into a down easily when taking his pictures. Someone needs to take these smarts and run with them! If you are considering adding a dog to your family please take a minute and come meet this handsome boy at Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center, 341 S Birdneck Road. He's not on the adoption floor yet, so ask for him at the front by name and ID# 1604-0272 and we will bring him out to say hello! Also, if you have a resident pup at home please bring them along so we can make sure they will want to be friends. Thanks for considering adoption!
