Jack's Story...
June Special – adoption fee of just $30 for all kittens!

Jack is the very first one to run to the door to greet us. He's a true cuddle bug that LOVES attention and has the BIGGEST purr! He is friendly with everyone and he plays with all the other kittens at the shelter. Jack is great fun to watch and he loves to explore. He is a black and white short hair kitty. He is too young to be fixed with a DOB 3/9/16 but he will be when he is old enough. He is current on his shots and litter box trained. Jack is waiting for someone to scoop him up and love him forever.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a McCormick Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in McCormick, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in McCormick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McCormick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McCormick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McCormick paves the way for another one to be saved.
