Susie's Story...
Susie is one terrific girl! A favorite of every volunteer that has met her. The thing that is so appealing about Susie is her smile -- which is always there. And that ever present smile speaks volumes about her happy, easy going spirit. She is a fan of every person and every dog that she has come in contact with ---- and that is a mutual thing. While she was at the Jackson city animal shelter, she was the favorite of all of the other adoption dogs --- they took comfort in her sweet, calming personality. Susie is a BIG fan of walks! Although she is about 7 years old, she has a great energy level. Plays well with others and LIKES to play. Honestly can not say enough good things about our girl. And 100% housebroken. Even though Susie is currently in a foster home in Jackson, MS, the good folks at Animal Rescue Front will bring her up north to you and the trip is included in the adoption fee.
If you're interested in taking her into your forever home, please fill out the adoption form here: http://animalrescuefront.org/forms/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Susie, a Groton Corgi/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Groton, or seeking a Corgi/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Corgi/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
