Kaylie is a lab mix, 45 lbs and approximately 7 years old. She was rescued from a hoarding situation and would do best placed in a home with other dogs where she is a pack member as this is the life she has known. She is getting used to being leash walked but it will take some time for her to be completely comfortable with it. Potential adopters should understand that any progress must be at her pace.
Kaylie does not seek any attention from her foster parents but will allow petting. She is very submissive and has never displayed aggression of any kind. You can handle as necessary and she totally cooperates.
She is very comfortable with the other dog that lives in the home and feels completely secure with his presence.
If you feel you can provide the type of home Kaylie needs, please submit an application at hailmaryrescue.com
