My name is Toby. I am a red n white 6 year old male cocker spaniel. I am looking for a new forever home and someone to love me. CCR received an email from a NC shelter asking for help to take me and my two boys into rescue. Our owners were not responsible pet people and allowed us to just roam around loose too many times until we got picked up by animal control. They were not allowed to get us back.

I am heartworm negative, neutered and groomed. I am a good boy, dog social and a sweet guy. Recently, these folks found out that I will do best in a home as an only dog as I am a jealous guy! Due to my past, I need a home with older kids, 10 years and up. Please give me a 2nd chance to have the loving, forever home that I deserve. I would love to spend quality time with you, a great indoor companion and your new best friend!
