Poppy - PENDING's Story...
Pretty Pretty Poppy - that's me! I am just too cute of a kitten. I love exploring the big world and everything that is new to me. Everyday is filled with fun and cuddles but I feel like something is missing. I really want to go home but I don't have one yet. Everyone says me and my sister are special because organ tabbies are normally boys. I know that my family is out there....please come meet me at my foster home in Haddon Heights!

Baby / infant kittens are a wonderful experience but do require patience, lots of playtime, love and care. If you would like to welcome Poppy into your home, please contact info@barringtontnr.com for an adoption application and review our guidelines online http://www.barringtontnr.com/adoption-guidelines.html

Poppy is too young to be spayed, but we will work with adopter on clinic arrangements.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Poppy - PENDING, a Barrington American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Barrington, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Barrington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Barrington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Barrington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Barrington paves the way for another one to be saved.
