Sweet, lively girl who needs a permanent or foster home. She is temporarily housed in a boarding facility so my report will be limited. I've had her out for several walks. She pulls at first but then settles down for a good walk. Her tail wags the whole time and she wants to greet everyone. She is a gorgeous girl with shiny black hair. Her parentage is unknown but she looks like a Newfoundland or setter mix of some kind. She does fuss at little dogs but seems to be okay with calm bigger dogs. She rides well as long as you have her tethered in the back seat (or you may find her in your lap).
I have now had this beautiful girl at my house quite a bit. She is house trained. She is not a dog who requires the company of other dogs and is the dominant member of any pack. She would be best as the only dog since, as far as she concerned, all toys and food are hers. Loves to walk and wants to be with her human always. She also crates easily without any barking or fuss. She sleeps in her crate at night also without any fuss.
