Hercules's Story...
This funny little guy had a pretty rough start in his short life. The original owners got him as a six week old puppy and left him tied up outside in the winter. A neighbor was closely monitoring the situation and then stepped in and told them if they didn't take the pup inside she would report them. They then surrendered the dog to her. Right before she took him home he got loose and was hit by a car. He is fine now and just a little bundle of joy! His birthday is estimated to be 10/27/15. He weighs about 15 pounds right now and we don't see him getting much bigger than 25. Herc is house broken, crate trained, micro-chipped, neutered and up to date on all of his shots. He is so ready to be your little boy!
Adoption fee $500

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hercules, a Newark Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Newark, or seeking a Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
